God prepared us and then He uses us.
Moses refused to be called the son of Pharaohs daughter.
Hebrews 11:24-25
Moses had an encounter with Hod at the burning bush. He murdered a man and was in the wilderness for 40 years.
Ex. 17:11-17- Moses is now a leader fighting against the enemy.
Ministry must move! There has to be a change.
You cannot overstep the leader. There has to be protocol.
A ministry must always be prepared for the next level of Praise!
Nothing God calls is stagnant. What God called you do; nothing can take it away.
God will give you the tools you need to get the job done.
You first must know how to love people and how to talk to people.
You must trust God to move you forward. Nothing stays the same.
Some have more loyalty to the method of what it used to be than how God is moving today.
God uses different methods to heal and correct.
Leaders have to learn the people and the followers also have to learn their leadership. Sheep knows the Shepherd’s voice. When sheep knows his Shepherd, they react differently.
Moses led the people out of Egypt. When you step out; you will go through some things. Jesus went through some things on earth.
Pastors encourages, motivates and give Spiritually as well as financially to the people of God. They go through the same things you do and need the same encouragement and motivation given back to them.
Sometimes you have to encourage yourself.
The people started blaming Moses for everything! Moses had to move! He couldn’t stay with them too long!
When Folk get comfortable , they think that they can say anything to the man or woman of God. It’s time to move.
In ministry change has to come.
Everyone may not be for you and doesn’t want to see you go higher.
Without leadership, sheep will wander.
There are some levels of Glory that you cannot give to those who have not followed you a long time. ( Elisha and Elijah)
Job was given double for his troubles because he knew God.
If one has not gone through anything in life how can they be a witness to others.
God has not forgotten you!
Don’t give your to anyone who does not have staying power!
Hang in there no matter what. God is providing for you.
A successful Church needs leaders that are under them to hold the preacher’s hands up.
As long as Moses arms were up they won. When he got tired and his hands came down, the Amalekites won.
Aaron and Hur held Moses arms up and helped prevail with winning.
Members have to hold the Pastor’s hands up. As the Pastor’s hands are up we should be under her working to help keep the ministry going.
Don’t sit back and criticize about what is not being done or for what is being done if you have a gift to make it right.
Learn the pastor’s vision and what is needed in the house of the Lord and help your leader build the house.
Keep your Pastor’s hands up so that the ministry can flourish.
Everybody can’t hold the pastor’s hand up.
Everyone in the ministry should be doing their part.
Stay in your lane and do the best job that you can do in your lane.
