Today’s Scripture: Mark 11:23
Topic: “Mountain Move!”
How many of us talk but we don’t necessarily believe what we say?
A mountain can be any hinderances or battles that we may face.
How can we get through this? Mountains can stop you dead in your tracks.
You may say Lord I can’t go through it but I can’t just sit here and wait for it to move either.
Some people get depressed and may feel inadequate when they are faced with the mountain in front of them.
Looking at the huge mountain may make one feel I significant.
Speak to that mountain and it will move.
It sometimes takes a mountain for us to remember who God is.
Earlier in the story Jesus cursed the fig tree because it did not produce fruit as it was supposed to.
Matthew 21:21-22
There are three key points to keep in mind if you want the mountain to be removed:
You have to say something; declare and decree what is going to happen or the change you want to see.
You must learn to speak( utter words or articulate sound with an ordinary voice).
Gen. 1:3 God spoke light into existence
Today I declare and decree that this mountain shall move and go where I tell it to go.
Proverbs 18:21-Life and death is in the power of the tongue.
Do you believe it? A lot of people don’t believe their own word because it’s not worth two cents.
Your word can change the atmosphere!
Know and believe that you are royalty! Walk in the room and know who you are.
Believe that it will be done (doubt knocks a lot of people off the road of success).
Believe it (accept it as true and hold it as true!
This mountain will move because I know that my words have power!
It has to be engraved in me as true! You must exercise in Christs power!
James 1:1; Hebrews 11:1;Mark 9:23 and Ro. 10:17
Do you believe who you are?
You have to Leave it! Remain in a specific condition; depart
Too many times we are talking to everything around us instead of talking to the problem!
In the name of Jesus I command you to line up with the word!
Hebrews 11:6; Ephesians 2:8; and 2 Cor. 5:7
He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him!
When you walk away, don’t pick it back up! Leave it!
When you know the word, Speak it! Believe when you speak that there is no doubt that it will absolutely change!
Speak to the mountain and tell it what you want and believe that it is done and leave it alone!
That’s how you can move a mountain!
